Agreed with Stephanie. To get the ball rolling, I would contribute to some type of funding, whether fencing or other to get more people there.

For maybe a potential ant that's overwhelmed with the idea of starting out with a completely blank slate, what would be the rough cost to hire out the building of an initial Wofati?

Or is there an Ant 2 out there that could come build Wofatis for him or herself and Ant 3 simultaneously and charge Ant 3?

What would get anyone considering it to make the leap?

The Sadieville area of northern Scott County is pretty affordable and has a good elementary school. Land is hilly Not bluegrass horse farms though. We looked around there last year, but ended up near Midway. Feel free to mooseage me.

I've seen the Maker's Diet book on my mom's coffee table and flipped through it. It seems pretty close to paleo so I gave her the thumbs up to try it.


In the interview he does mention permaculture once and seems to use a lot of permaculture techniques on his farm. He says he's going to no longer use alfalfa because he can't find a clean source. 7% still has GMO or glyphosphate content. He also sourced his dairy cows from ancient lines from Africa and India.

Not endorsing the product or MLM. But he might be interesting to follow in a 'what would a multi-millionaire with a permaculture and organic knowledge set do' way.
