Glad to have you back! Are you hooking up the solar panel to the well down by Cat Pond?

Do you remember what the well behind plot 2 needed to get more water out of it? Does it need to be deeper?

Hi Jen,  I looked for you today...I think we can work out a few things to benefit both of our efforts. I am up on Narrow Pond and will be tomorrow also.  Wanna negotiate?

Today I came back from Missoula with the one missing connector and I finished then tested the core system.

it wooooooorks

Tomorrow I stress test it with all four panels while charging multiple devices.

Then I definitely intend to take a vom, a panel, and some connectors to the well across the road from Josiah's plot. We might have water tomorrow; we might not.

As to the well behind plot 2, I tested it before leaving last spring. It feels plugged - very plugged.  I don't know what that means. There are multiple things I could think of which could cause the pipe to be 100% sealed.  Fred told me you could get a gallon for a quart of priming when it did work. There are some things we'd need to unplug it.

Sorry I can't send you tools or funds. But I could knit a hat for you like I did for some others (because of the BRK).
If you want a knitted wool hat: what is the size of your head (how many inches or centimeters measured around it just above the ears)? If you prefer socks (house-socks, thick homespun wool), that's possible too. You can send me a PM.

I checked my mailbox and found the hat you knitted!!!   ...it is both the color and the style that fits me  ...knowing your hands did the work makes it an awesome gift

BTW:  Clayton left me rich!  four quarts of saskatoon jam; undisclosed amount of fish; a shovel, a debarker, seeds for legumes grown in Ant Village; corn seed also grown in Ant Village; and good will to last..."I am a mighty, mighty rich man"
