Jack Spirko at The Survival Podcast interviewed Olga Katic, owner of Mushroom Mountain and they talked a lot about Stropharia (Wine Cap Mushrooms), other mushrooms and how to build soil using mushrooms.

Fungal Foundations: King Stropharia’s Gift – Epi-3663

I loved it, learned a lot, and have neat ideas now!
I think it's a very worthwhile podcast to watch or listen to if you have been considering mushroom growing.
5 stars!! :D

If you are interested in more, I just finished listening to Peter McCoy on Jack Spirko's podcast, about mushrooms, and have another one cued up.
Episode-1765- Peter McCoy on Mushrooms and Fungi
Episode-1326- Peter McCoy on Mushroom Cultivation via Radical Mycology

And yesterday I ordered a used copy of one of Peter's books off ebay. The one I really wanted is incredibly expensive, this one was cheap.
A random site with a write up about it: The Mycocultural Revolution by Peter McCoy Transforming Our World with Mushrooms, Lichens, and Other Fungi
This one is an introduction type book, the one I wanted is more a textbook, which is more my style, but way out of my budget this month.

I'm fascinated!  And thinking wild thoughts :D

I borrowed, "Mycelium running : how mushrooms can help save the world" by Paul Stamets from our Regional Library years ago and it was an eye-opening book. He did some great work on how mycelium can clean up and sequester nasty stuff in the soil among so many other things. It too is worth a read if you can find a copy.
